Privacy Policy Statement
The Management Committee of TFCN is committed to
meeting its obligations under the General Data Protection Regulations in force from 25th May 2018 that has been enacted to harmonise the EU’s laws surrounding data protection
striving to observe the law in all collection and processing of subject data
responding to any subject access requests in line with the regulations in force
TFCN will collect, use, store and delete personal data in such a way as supports the principles of
Lawfulness, fairness and transparency

Accuracy
Storage limitation
Integrity and confidentiality (security)
Accountability
by implementing arrangements that
require the specific consent of the data subject
ensure compliance with the legal framework
protects the vital interests of the data subject
collects and holds information needed for the performance of the tasks and services provided by TFCN
protects the legitimate interests of the data subjects
To that end the Committee has appointed Angela Passant, reporting to the Chair of the Committee, to undertake the practical role of monitoring adherence to processes and procedures, however, members of the Committee are collectively responsible to ensure TFCN complies with the Regulations.
