In this warm, welcoming space we offer:

  • Refreshments and the opportunity to build friendships

  • Free information, confidential listening, advice/signposting, emotional support, early help with mental health

  • Help with completing forms (e.g. around benefits, housing, utilities)

  • Craft sessions to help improve wellbeing – knitting/crocheting, glass painting and more

  • Calming canine cuddle sessions with therapy dogs

In the Sudbury community

  • We can offer self-esteem, anger management and bereavement courses in schools, helping children feel heard and supported at critical times of their lives.

  • We also deliver parenting courses to help stressed parents including parents of children with SEN.

We’re part of a wider local network of care

  • We work alongside Sudbury GPs, counselling services, family services, schools, social services.

  • We help people who are waiting for statutory support, or do not meet referral thresholds, or need additional assistance alongside professional care.

  • We complement these services rather than replace them, helping to hold people steady and prevent issues from escalating.
